We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $49 - no coupon needed!


How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are processed between 2-4 business days. Please note! Orders of high demand may take between 3-10 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, there is no Saturday/Sunday service available.

Our typical delivery times are below:

USA: 2-3 weeks| Canada: 2-4 Weeks

Europe: 2-4 weeks| UK: 2-6 weeks| Australia: 2-3 weeks

Other International: 2-6 weeks depending on location

Sometimes delivery may take longer time during busy periods. There are certain circumstances that may occur that are not within our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.). These situations may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order. Besides, we are NOT responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient and are solely responsibility of the buyer. is not responsible for the loss resulting from non-payment of customs.

If the recipient refuses to sign the package provided after we warned him it would cost us a lot to get the package back, we won't take any responsibility if the package gets destroyed by the shipping company.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you the tracking number provided by our global suppliers. We update the tracking number once our system updates.

We accept returned exchanges, if you notify us at within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 30 days have gone by after your package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused with all labels still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Seasonal goods cannot be returned.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Health and personal care items.

    In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to deliver a replacement!

    Please note that unless the items are defective:

    - Shipping cost is not refundable.

    - All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    The following information is needed as evidence for us to process your request quicker:

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively, the credit can be applied via form of an electronic gift card of equivalent value.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, these are the steps you can take to check it out:

    • Please check your bank balance again, transactions may have been delayed.
    • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 7-10 business days for them to process the credit.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
