RewarDeals, LLC Refund Policy

At RewarDeals, LLC, we value your trust and strive to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products and services. While our goal is to provide maximum value, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to discontinue your use of our services. This updated refund policy is designed to provide clarity and assist you in such situations.

Eligibility for Refunds

When you activated your RewarDeals™, you were granted one-year access to exclusive offers, discounts, promotions, and rewards from our participating businesses. These benefits are tied to your active use of the card with these businesses. In some circumstances, such as relocation to an area without participating businesses or insufficient access to local offers, you may request a refund for your purchase. Note: This statement does not reflect you will get a refund and only states that you are eligible to submit for a refund. Once the submission is processed and a conclusion is made, will you be notified of any action to the submission of your request. Note, submission may take up to 30 days to evaluate and process.

Refund Request Process

If you wish to end your one-year term and request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket via Email
    • Visit our homepage CONTACT US link.
    • Select in the 3 rd drop down “SELECT” and in the drop down select “Request a Refund”
    • Include the following details in the message:
      • Your account number
      • Contact information (email, phone number, and/or mailing address)
  2. Or you can Send a Request by Standard Mail
    • Mail your request to:

      Bonaire, GA 31005

    • Ensure your letter contains the same details as mentioned above.

Refund Evaluation and Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed by our customer support team within 10 business days of receipt. Additional information may be requested to process your refund.
  • While we aim to fulfill every request satisfactorily, we cannot guarantee approval as each case involves unique variables.
  • If your refund is approved:

  • The refund amount will be pro-rated daily at a rate of $0.0411 per day for the remaining term of your one-year access. For example, if you have used the card for 45 days, you will be refunded for the remaining 320 days, which amounts to $13.15.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to process after approval.

Important Notes

  1. Once your refund request is approved and processed, your RewarDeals™ membership will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
  2. To regain access to RewarDeals ™ benefits in the future, you must submit a new application for membership through a participating business, fundraiser, Brand Ambassador or online at www.RewarDeals.com.
  3. If you believe the refund decision is inaccurate or requires further discussion, please contact us through any of the methods listed above.
