By checking this box, I understand there is no cost to participate in the RewarDeals™ Fundraising Program and I agree to follow the RewarDeals™ Fundraising Program as stated in the Terms & Conditions. I further agree:
To Distribute RewarDeals™ cards provided to our organization for each participating member who can freely distribute to friends, family, co-workers and anyone where solicitation is allowed so that individuals have the opportunity to register with RewarDeals™ through our organization so that our organization can raise needed funds for the purpose(s) listed in our account back office.
To Not solicit anywhere prohibited or against the law and to be fully responsible for the training of the participating members and for those who violate such situations.
To uphold the integrity if the RewarDeals™ Company by following said guidelines and in the representation of the funds earned for the purposes announced.
To be fully responsible to managing and promoting our fundraising efforts openly and fully and exclude RewarDeals™ to any liability or actions brought up against our organization and its participation in the RewarDeals™ fundraising program.
To fully understand RewarDeals™ is only promoting a marketing campaign to help build membership and awareness to offers being made by participating businesses.
That our organization is a fully licensed and legal non-profit organization to participate in a fundraising opportunity and manage raising funds honorable, legally and properly from this opportunity.
I have read and understand the Terms and conditions and agree to follow the RewarDeals™ fundraising Program and further understand I may end this agreement at any time with written notice submitted to RewarDeals™ of such action. I understand that any compensation earned is income earned and my organization will receive the appropriate required forms at the end of the year showing all income earned of the RewarDeals™ Fundraising Program and should I quit the RewarDeals™ Fundraising Program, any future earnings from member activations or renewals ends the day I quit the program.
